Nedean, a transplant from the Jersey Shore to St. Simons Island, Nedean was reminded the ins and outs of such a move in 2022.  Nedean followed her military husband across the county several times and finally settled in Jersey Shore and worked in the Casino industry. After coming to visit for a number of years Nedean decided this was her new home.    Nedean uses her experience of buying and selling several homes and her relationship building skills from the restaurant business to guide her clients through the process of buying or selling their next home.  No matter if they are purchasing their forever home, a second home or investment property in the Golden Isles area of the Georgia Coast, Nedean will be ready to guide her clients. She has an instinct to work hard and a strong desire to help people, which makes her choice to be a REALTOR®. Before coming to Georgia, Nedean was very involved in her town.  She Chaired the Water Ways Commission, Vice Chaired the Economic Committee, and the Environmental Commission.   Nedean believes in supporting her local community and businesses.
